Architecture and Interior Design

Shoo Fee Ma Fee Restaurant is a casual Lebanese food chain all over the Middle East. The concept of the design was based on the restaurant's younger clientele and colorful food. Using paprika colors; red, green, yellow and orange, we created separate spaces. Each area received its own sharp paprika color, corresponding to different functions.

The exterior of the restaurant included an extension to an existing building and its corresponding renovation, matching the trendy modern look of today's architecture. We looked to new technology to create a flexible shade system for the glass box part of the building which contained the kitchen and eating areas.
